Our Forums are member-based, on-going, and include once a month group meetings as well as one-on-one time with each member (depending on the Group). We lead separate groups that align non-competing organizations who have shared organizational size and goals:

NextGen Entrepreneurship Groups

Members of the NextGen Entrepreneurship Groups are young entrepreneurs of small to medium-sized businesses that are currently running or planning to run the organization. Groups are formed with members from non-competing companies, focusing on leadership development, strategy definition, culture definition/change, marketing, sales, and responsible entrepreneurial tactics. Membership is limited to 8 per Group in order to support individual discussions and to foster direct trust and engagement.

DISCOVERY GROUPS; Insight Groups

Discovery and Insight Groups utilize the power of group collaboration and engagement offering opportunities for mentoring, personal development and relationship networking. Discovery and Insight Groups work within a Company, Industry, or Association. Groups are formed on need and interest. For example, the CEOs and Heir Apparent Groups, have members who run companies and are looking to navigate the choppy entrepreneurial waters and share experiences ‘at the top’. The Senior Leader Groups are comprised of those who have strategy responsibilities, fiscal accountabilities, manage, hire and fire employees, etc. All-women Groups have also been very successful as well as BD Groups. Other Groups are based on the number of branches in a company. Each Group is made up of six to eight members not in direct competition with each other and all Groups are professionally facilitated. Check out this CBC Discovery Group as an example.
