As members, we do business together and refer clients and colleagues to one and other. We share an avid interest in the success of each member’s business. We also share a strong conviction that quality networking is an essential element of our business development initiatives. We come together as members committed to doing networking of the highest caliber in a lively and effective way.
Once a month we hold an invitation-only luncheon. Each member brings a fellow business owner to our lunch special event, and our focus on quality guests sets us apart. During a highly interactive 90-minute session, each owner has an opportunity to introduce the complete group to themselves and their business; we do it in a way that engenders more post-luncheon conversation and networking.
The result: consistent feedback says that everyone enjoys the events and values the connections. But, more importantly, significant business transactions begin on the best possible basis – personal introductions and warm referrals.

Ronald E. Wajer is the managing partner and founder of the management consulting firm BUSINESS ENGINEERING, a division of R.E. WAJER and Associates, Inc. Since founding the firm in 1979, Ron has had assignments with firms manufacturing and distributing industrial equipment, healthcare products, electronic products, consumer products, foods, chemicals, metal components, and retail products. His emphasis has been in facilities planning and productivity improvement using industrial engineering techniques.
